Post paid
My connection not activated still now

Sir,

Myself Sandip Gomasta, I want to convert my prepaid number in to Post Paid my number is 09831635733, I deposit the security money on 19th August my receipt no.is- WBO/2197701, they told me that my number will convert after 73 hour. But still now it is pending. they give me 2 numbers 1 is Sumit-0990300 7572 another is Rajib-09831779749. for communicate if connection is not activated, each and every day they told me, today it will activate. Now when i call them they have not receive my phone calls they keep their phone in busy mode, or not answering, plz. kindly help in this issue. I'm waiting for your earliest action and reply.
