I have worked with Bharti-Axa Life insurence in ahmedabad, from JULY to JULY. I filled the PF form and submitted to the HR department all most 5 months back but till date I haven't got any information about my PF.My P.F. Account No.-MH/48185/13425.& My Emp. No-15484.Document Submitted 12/12.plese help me...
