I have nokia e52, recently i had some problem with my cell phone regarding the software . i had been to nokia care (branch name is i2i) p.v.s circle, mangalore karnataka .they asked me to keep my cell phone and call after a day. but they never told me how much it would cost when i asked them, but when i called they said it will take another 2 days and then again 2 days finally they called me after 5days and told me "your cell phone is ready" and the cost was 400, well that was OK with me, when i went to collect my cell phone the speakers wasn't working fine i told him about it he asked me to wait after a long time he returned my cell phone the speaker was fine, they were about close so paid and walked back, but when i went home i realized that the delete key is not working (which was working absolutely fine). I went to their place the very next day told him about this he started behaving very rudely and asked me to keep ma cell phone again but he told me it will cost extra, well i knew he would cost 400 or 500 for that small problem .. so i refused to give my cell phone for the service i walked off
pls let me know if the company will take action against these people .. who don't know what is hospitality
