i want to complaint about the open campus recruitment process carried out by TCS in BHOPAL last week (15 jan around). there were gross bungling and money payment in providing favours. one of the officers Mr WASI HAIDER conducting the interviews is real brother or ASIF HAIDER SIR owner of HAIDER ENGINEERING CLASSES in BHOPAL. ASIF HAIDER SIR openly announced in his coaching classes that anyone who is interested in getting the job contact him. on contacting he demanded money and those who did pay him got through and those who did not were politely turned down.
at least TCS should run a background check on officers before giving them the huge responsibility of taking interviews. agar TCS jasi company main b aisi dhoka dhari chalti hai to phir jo deserve karte hain unke saath aisa pakshpaat kyun.
TCS ke recruitments ki dobara vivechna honi chahiye aur aise officers ko turant kahin doosre city main transfer karna chahiye jo apni position ka aise misuse karte hainaur education ke naam par nojawano ko loot te hain. aur ye to hadd hi hogai ki khule aam announce karra jaraha hai ki mera bhai interview leraha hai agar kisi ko bhi select hona hai to apne details mujhe batae aur interview main poochte hain ki ED kahan se parhi, HAIDER Sir se, main unka bhai hoon, khule aam anpe personal relations ka dikhawa karna aur paise lekar HR se sifarish karna aur job secure karwana. there should be STRICT action against the particular TCS officer and he should be transferred to some place or department where he cannot misuse his powers and sell them for SOME MONEY, ky TCS kam paise deti hai jo WASI HAIDER ko aisa karne pe majboor kia. aise log hi bari bari companies ko khookla karte hain aur aur unki integrity ko barbaad karte hain.
