Respected sir,
I had booked 2 tickets from irctc and the 2 tickets were confirmed. But later due to some cause, i had cancelled the tickets before the date of journey and the ticket was cancelled and the amount was refunded. But when i enquired in the bank they said that amount was not refunded by the irctc. So i had enquired on of your office in majestic railway station and the told me to sent a mail to you and they will enquire about it.
So kindly see to the request as fast as possible.
