i made many time call in ur cust. care center for activation the gprs service but they doesn't guide me proper so i think (airtel k pass sirf naam or cust care service itni bekar jiski koi had nhi.. ) in short aisa cust care center rha to ram bhrose calegi company, ... i think u'll give me reply
