PF Withdrawal Status

To whome so ever it may concern

I have submitted my PF withdrawal form in Noida PF office on 29 Dec and my PF number is UP/36501/693.

Its been more than a month and I have not yet received my PF amount credited in my HDFC Bank account.

Please help me and do the needful.
