wants to raise compalint regarding the above company, who had terminated its employee witout any prior notice .just 3 days prior to termination was the intimation given to the employee saying "Start searching for a new job, & u would be no longer working with us".
& reason was not because of employees unsatisfactorily job profile but due to company's loss booking year on year. Company seniors intentionally gave the employee low rating & removed with the low rating as the reason for the same.
even after long arguement there was no answer from their end .only they could arrange for 2 month salary to the employee & fial settlement.
what did the company expect from such short notice removal from the job, is many jobs waiting for people to come & join them?
