POOR QUALITY OF CALL CENTERS

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY 40 INCH LCD TV, I CALLED THE TOLL FREE NO. 180030008282 AND REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT AFTER GIVING ALL THE DETAILS. THE COMPLAINT NO: 8417-252719

THER PERSON SPEAKING TO ME INFORMED ME THAT THE SERVICE CHARGE IS 1000/-RS 10% TAX

BUT TODAY THE SERVICE ENGINEER CAME AND SAID THAT THE SERVICE CHARGE IS -RS.

I AGAIN CALLED THE TOLL FREE NO: AND TODAY A PERSON NAMED "RAM BABU' SAID THE SAME THING 1000RS/- 10%TAX. THEN THE SERVICE ENGINEER SPEAKS TO THE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE AND THEN HE SAYS IT WAS A MISTAKE THE COST IS - RS. IS THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE SO IRRESPONSIBLY DOING THEIR DUTIES OR IS IT THE WAY THINGS ARE TAKEN WHEN IT COMES TO SAMSUNGS SERVICE AND MAINTAINANCE. I HOPE SAMSUNG HAS SOME IDEA ABOUT WHAT I SPEAK.
