Flash Point Controls C.E.O., Mrs. Mili Seal is just being a dummy and Mr. Manavendra Kumar Seal, who claims himself as General Manager of the company is actually running the show. This is purposefully done to evade taxes on income. Other than that, Mr. Seal always uses temporary workers and deduct PF or ESI from their payment but never provide any record or certificate for the same to those temporary employees, and hence this time he is also fooling the Govt. too.
Now, as he prefers temporary workers, he generally uses their assets on vocal promise to pay rentals which are to be setteled at time of exit, but at time of exit he never settles even the salary of the month. Rather he uses his contacts in W.B. Police to bully the employee. He also shields all communication to reach Mrs. Mili Seal, in this respect as the company shares only one email address i.e. "[email protected]" and address being 172/8, A J C Bose Road, unless it is a leagal one.
The temporary employees as are not organized, hence they never able to provide all the supporting stuffs required to approach the court of justice and hence the Flash Point Controls is growing in leaps and bounds with their clients being Jaypee Projects, ABB, BALCO, NTPC, WBSEDCL, ECL, etc.
