I purchased a idea connection from tfr-126..on date23 nov... five months have passed tehy hv nt activated my number yet... they took rupees 250 also as activation charges... i hv comlained to idea cust care, idea office, nodle officer of idea..bt no responses from anywhere... all are jst harrasing me... niether theyare giving me number..nor they are refunding me my 250 rupees... my form number is-9915589...

plz sugesst me how culd i get relief, ...
