Delay in Full and Final Settlement

I agree to what ayush has told about the organization. I worked with this organization for 9 months & resigned on 14th December now its been 45 business day & i have not received any information about the full and final settlement. I have tried to contact the HR as well, but they are not at all co-operative, specially "KASTURBA". She is such a pathetic HR @#@$%@$, she should ashamed of herself being in such a profession & ruining its importance.

Also the reporting managers, they always harrase the employees & UDAY CHALLU once promised everyone in an office party that there would be no hire n fire policy.

I tried to contact DEBORAH STEELE as well, but it was of no use, she never replies to the emails.

Ayush is absolutely right that "HR never picks up the call and doesn't reply to the emails"

Lets see what happens or else COURT is always a way out
