1. Pl ref PAO (OR) ASC (South) letter No NE/II/JC643168X dt 21 Jun recd vide your letter No 6501/Clm/Comp/R-850/NER dt 25 Jun.

2. The following is submitted for your further necessary action please :-

(a) Encashment of Annual Leave on LTC for year 2012. It is submitted that I have availed LTC for the year 2012 and performed journey wef 01 Jan onwards and not during the year 2011 as stated by PAO (OR). In this connection a photocopy of HQ CIF (Delta) DO Part II order No 0/0002 dt 02 Feb is enclosed herewith please ref ser No 11. Therefore you are requested to issue necessary instrs to PAO (OR) ASC to adjust the outstanding claim without any further delay.

(b) DA DA @ 7% has been increased wef 01 Jan and I was on active service upto 31 Mar. Rs 4539/- for the period 01 Jan to 31 Mar i.e Rs 1513.40 per month is still outstanding.

(c) DA on Encashment of 300 Days Leave. DA @ 7 % has been increased wef 01 Jan. As per revised rate of DA wef 01 Jan was 65 % whereas the DA paid on my encashment of 300 days leave was paid at the rate of 58 percent. Hence 7% DA on encashment of 300 days i.e Rs 14574/- is required to be paid but the same has not yet been recd.

(d) CEA. It is for your info that while I was on pension drill at Bangalore, dealing hand has confirmed that Rs 800/- on account of CEA has been deducted excess and the same will be reimbursed latter on.

3. In view of the above, you are requested to apch / issue necessary instrs to PAO (OR) to adjust the above outstanding dues and credit the same to my bank account at the earliest please.
