I have worked as regional Business Manager post for 8 month for following pharmaceutical Company. Address is as -

I have resigned from the service of the Krisan Pharmaceutical Limited on 1st July’11.As per the terms & condition of the company explained in the appointment letter, I have submitted company properties as well as no due certificates from all the stockiest/dealers of region to the MD of the company & taken acknowledgement for the same on 11th July’11 also.
1. 1. Till 1st August’11, I have not got any response regarding my settlement of the account. Hence, I had called to his mobile but he has not responded. Then, I have asked by sending sms regarding my settlement, he had sent SMS “ your account will be settled as per the nomrs. We cannot process as per your wish. Your words are meaning me that I fed milk to a snake. May God bless you. I am not prepared to talk to you. You can send your queries by mail”
Then, with suggestions of my friends, I have sent legal notice to the company on 6th August’11.But company has not responded. I have called many time on his mobile as well as company land phone. On 1st week of September’11, company has sent mail “AS YOU SENT LEGAL NOTICE, WE CANT SPEAK TO YOU WITHOUT OUR LAWYER CONSENT.EVEN, WE CAN'T ENTERTAIN YOUR PHONE CALLS.LET US FACE LEGALLY.
His admin manager, during telephonic inter action, Mr. Shiva has told me that as per his account, I have to pay due Rs.6000/- & he is sending the details latest by 2th sept'11.I requested him through mail that if it is true then please his bank account number so hat I will transfer the due amount immediately but till now, company has not responded.
Company is holding My two month of expenses (Rs.19179.9).
2. As per the appointment letter, Company will contribute PF from his end after the confirmation of the job which thr period of 1 year but, company was deducting from first month onward of my job, a fixed amount Rs. 780/-
.I have asked for the same, but company has not replied.
Please help & suggest me, what could be my course of action.
