Last Three Month, I sent Request letter through by post for transfer of my policy to another Branch so far nothing has happened

I have a policy no. 196893008 in the name of Krishn Kumar Gautam / Rajnish [La] address of Era Star Court, Opp- ibs University, Janpth, shyam nagar, Jaipur.

Please transfer above policy to my current nearest branch- LIC of India, Kushinagar Branch code- Kasya Padrauna Road, Kushinagar, Padrauna, City: Kushinagar, State: Uttar Pradesh.

And also change my correspondence address, Village- Parasahawa, Post-kasia, Distt-Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh-274402.
