Misbehaving and refused to give statement of my policy

Sir,

i m jaydeb. On 25th of november. mr rajsingh who is an employee of lic of india refused to give me my policy statement and also misbehaving with me. after his refusal i went branch manager and asked him all that but he did not not do any thing.

so please do something against them.
