I brought 5130-c phone and since then i have given twice that phone for repairing for the same problem. THis time when it again went out of service i asked them for service but Nokia Care centre flatly refused.

one of your Empioyees misbehave with me his name rajive he in chandne nokia care in Kolkata he told me jo kar skta ho kar lo hum tumara kam nhe kar skate

I want to say that Where is the fault of the customer... who had put in their entire belief on the authenticity of the nokia Product...
