Thank you for alloting me Pan Card No. A2PPD3591B, and the name on the care was wrongly spell, My Name is REKHA CLEMENT, but, on the card you have written as a REKHA CLMENT, kindly change the name and issue me a fresh card to enable me to apply for my passport. and also for using for other purposes.
