Call disconnection by the supervisor NEEMA ARYA

Dear Sir,

Myself Arvind and i am using airtel connection since last 3 years. I am satisfied with your service but today i made a call on ur customer care one of ur picked my call and given information but i am nt satisfied with his information and requested to transfer my call to supervisor bt meanwhile your supervisor her name was NEEMA ARYA . She had not tried to understand my concern and simply disconnected the call so confirm me this type of customer provide by the Airtel. My query was totally simple how to activate 3G connection in Nokia x6 series. So i am totally frusted abt this type of customer service u provide to customers. So i am requested to u please take suitable action against that lady Neema Arya and acknowledge me on this number 9650406970 . If u nt take suitable step regarding my concern so definetly i should mark a complaint to nodal officer.
