i am mohit kumar tyagi.i am working in aegis BPO as CSA with airtel prepaid process inbound UP EAST. my complaint is my airtel prepaid connection not activeted without any reason.i am try customer care 198 complaint hepline no.but there side no responce and my call put on hold and after some time my call is disconnected.
