Hi

I bought Hyundai i20 CRDI asta on june. I did every service exactly within given specification in Arasu hyundai, they never delivered my car in promised date. AC compressor blow off in 10 days from purchase, but got changed in warranty.

plastic parts are scratched by them and never fit properly.

Service person once spoke with an attitude. "do whatever you can sir, dont bug us"

repeated problems airbag failure, AC thermostat problem (climate control doesnt work), steering rattling, confirmed hyundai manufacturing problem in all i10 and i20.

they repeatedly occured, and everytime I take to showroom, they change some parts and again it will come.

I claim warranty so they are not doing properly. When I change something and I pay for the bill, its good quality and works fine.

So only free warranty claims are ignored, they want money nothing else.

Hyundai is making great cars, in India, certain service centres damage their name.

My car done 65000 KM now, and Not a single problem with engine life. Service centre and dealer should be changed immediately, because only ONE dealer in TRICHY, where hyundai car sales is VERY HIGH. We need another dealer to CLOSE DOWN arasu hyundai.

I emailed hyundai about this issues, now Kun Hyundai from Chennai, are taking up the warranty problems, and are working on them.

Go for any hyundai car, but not in with ARasu hyundai dealerships, They are in Trichy, Tanjore, and Villupuram. I dont know about others, in Trichy they are the WORST people. Pre-sales and post sales experience was horrible.
