I took this auto from double road. This auto driver still had old meter. He came via a longer route and after reaching the destination he was not ready to give the change of the note and wanted the entire amount. When I refused to pay more, he started shouting and then went away with the entire amount without giving the change.
His auto was not checked for pollution also.
