I stopped an auto-rickshaw to travel from home (Mahakali caves Road, Andheri E) to Kondivita Rd (Andheri E). After sitting in the auto I asked him to go to Kondivita. He refused to go to Kondivita and asked me to get down. I told him to take the rickshaw to the police station. He refused to bulge. I told him that I will forward his number to R.T.O. and that he may fall in trouble. He said I could do what I wanted to.
