This bears reference to the above mentioned vehicle which is registered in my name and the same is being serviced and attended to in your workshop at Navin Mumbai.
The purchase of the vehicle is of the year 2007 and the same in the warranty period as the vehicle has run only about 15, 000/- kilometers in almost three years.
The vehicle has corrosion on all four doors and bonnet and the same was checked by your staff more particularly, Mr Mirza on 7/10. Accordingly photographs were obtained of the doors as well as the vehicle number for approval. Since Iam not informed of the status, hence the email so that the date of inspection and date of this complaint has to be noted in the event of lapse of the warranty period for lapse from your end. Kindly ensure that the facility offered by the manufacturer is availed by the customers who purchase the vehicles and/ or have the same serviced at your workshop/s.and /or centres.
Kindly revert to me on the issue at the earliest, failing with appropriate steps will be have to be taken.
