I would bring to your kind notice that I had one of the most horrific journeys of my lifetime when I travelled from Chennai Central to Mumbai Cstm by Mumbai mail on 5/6 (journey date). My ticket was a tatkal waiting list. My confirmation did not happen till the end of the journey whereas there were hundreds of general reservation passengers who should have boarded the unreserved coaches boarded the resereved coaches right from Gulbarga till Mumbai. The worst was when the TTE vacated the waiting lists stating not confirmed and giving the births and seats for General Ticket passengers by taking bribes. It was highly atrocious. The reply by the TTE's were rude and they were not ready to take the responsibility to why general compartment passengers travelled in Reserved Coaches. I hope the Indian Railways takes action against such erring TTE's and does be little bit more matured to add more coaches during such extra rushes rather than treat its own country men like mere animals dumped inside a cart. If not adding coached then they should have stopped issuing tickets. Showing profits rise every year is not important whereas a safe journey and a comfortable journey is important than a nightmarish one
