Respceted sir/madam... i m Gurjant Singh s/o s. Geja Singh from Ferozepur. sir in last november i booked a 'swift vdi' car in 'Baba Auto's' dealership. At that time the waiting period of 'swift vdi' is 3 months. after 3 months i visit at baba auto and they said me you have to wait more 2 months due to low production. in april i visit again and asked for my car. but they said me again u have to more wait for sometime. then in july i visit again andi met to Mr. Shavinder Malhotra (GM of baba auto's). he said to me if u give full payment of your car then after one week i will give u car otherwise not. then i paid Rs. 652000 after some days. and i also have its recipt. After those day mr. shavinder giving me lame excuse day by day, but not giving me my car. at last i was very upset and on 5th of November i went to baba auto's again to meet mr. shavinder. whn i asked for my car form him, he stared to fight with me nd abusing me in front of his staff. and said i will not give you any car. And said me, "you can do wht u can." Tht time all the staff (including girls) of baba auto's, and thier EDP Manager mr. Vipul Sexena also were present their. and mr. shavinder is insulting me in front of those people. His way of talking was nt as like GM it was like a such type of illitrate person. He was using very bad and rough words for me. it was very shameful for me.
so my heartfully request to the head of maruti tht u should not apoint this type of persons who dont have manners how to talk with his coustomers... i will be wait for ur decision.
