Vehicle breakdown in day 4 after purchase

Today is the fourth day since I got the delivery of my mahindra Scorpio LX TN-22-CS-1675 from Zulaikha motors, chennai. Those bozos don't know anything else but say "No" to everything you ask.

The car wouldnt start and the number to reach Mahindra customer car which is 18002096006 landed up saying the reps are busy all the time.

13th June 7:30 pm -- The scorpio wouldnt start. All the lights were turning on but the vehicle wouldnt start.

I was given another number by the dealer service advisor 18001026006 which added to my excrutiating pain in the arse, was for Xylo and Xuv 500.

The dealer had his own breakdown service bozos who dont even bother to ask what went wrong but just say "Sir, Tow the vehicle to the service workshop in Ambattur". The cost for towing is INR 2000 from thiruvottriyur.

So, with no other option available I had to wait till the next morning 6:30 am for someone in the dealer office to assist if I dont go with the towing option.

7:35 pm -- Tried calling the dealer sales guy.. no response..

7:45 pm -- Called the delivery guy at Zulaikha motors (Solomon). He gave me the wrong customer care number.

8:45 pm -- with no success to any of the 1800 -- numbers for over an hour. called solomon again to get any other higher management contact details

9:00 pm -- Solomon gave the numbers of krishna kumar and Kesavan and said not to reveal his name if asked from whom I got their numbers (bullshit).. amongst which krishna kumar informed that will come only the next morning as all the equipment were kept in the workshop.

9:15 pm -- I had a good for nothing conversation with Kesavan and sekar from Zulaikha motors who said Tow the vehicle to Ambattur.

10:00 to 11:30 pm -- Calls back and forth with Towing guys, sekar, krishna kumar.. all in vain.

11:30 pm -- With no other options offered and I being at the peak of embarrassment.

12:20 pm -- I returned home to get some sleep .. locked the vehicle and took out the audio player.

2 am -- couldnt sleep due to the fear of theft in thiruvottriyur and my car left in the road..

2:20 am -- i rushed to the spot to find the vehicle still parked outside the captain mahal in thiruvottriyur high road.

2:30 am -- Called at number 18002096006 and finally someone picked. After shouting at them mercilessly they gave me the number of

Shankar Swaminathan (GM, Mahindra customer care). I was offered a support in an hour.

2:45 am -- 3:30 am -- I poured out my agony and explained the situation to Shankar who promised an action asap.

3:50 am -- conference call with india garage breakdown service guys Senthil and Sawaria.

5:11 am -- Two service breakdown guys in a red scorpio reached the spot and started checking the vehicle.

5:30 am -- we push started the vehicle and decided to drive down to Guindy India Garage workshop.

7:00 am -- Reached Guindy Mahindra dealer workshop.

7:25 am -- Inspection done and a checklist sheet was signed and given to me.

8:30 am -- I reached home and dozed off in bed.

12:30 am -- Woke up to find the vehicle was still sitting there with no progress. Karthikeyan from India Garage was responsible and he was mentioning that they could not find the fault yet.

1:20 pm 14th June -- no response yet as I post this.

My questions :

1. Why no one picked up the call for over 5 hours for Scorpio lx customer support at 1800 - 209- 6006.After I shouted at the guy in 1800-102-6006 asking why no one picked my call in scorpio support, it seems the guy woke the scorpio support guy.

2. Zulaikha motors -- are they dealers or cheaters or rude gangsters.

3. I now have doubts about the PDI checks conducted by Zulaikha motors.

4. Why should I pay 2000 rupees when the vehicle broke down 4 days from delivery.

5. I waited for almost 8 hours to have someone help me.

6. Bad mahindra customer support guys. They dont understand english. Your support guys at Mumbai and gurgoan do not understand english.

Even a 2nd standard kid can understand me. But your service reps repeat the same shit all the time.. " we will provide better help and I will transfer you to higher official"

But hell it always reached to another service rep guy.

7. I lost my sleep for a day, I was made to wait. No responsible answer and everybody in Mahindra slept.

My question to Mr. Mahindra :

1. Why do you keep such people in your service support. Revise dealer policy or cancel dealer for such irresponsible answers and delays.

2. I will be marketing for anti-mahindra going forward if you dont deal this properly.

3. How are you going to compensate my pain, suffering through the night.
