Hi,
This complaint is regarding Bajaj Allianz Motor Insurance Company. I had renewed my motor insurance policy on the 23rd of July from Bajaj Allianz. They promised me that i will receive the soft copy of the policy document within 48 hours and I have not received the same till now.
Despite several calls to their customer care department, I got a call in the evening saying that there is a problem because since my car has a registration number of Delhi, it will require inspection??
This is the weirdest of excuses i have heard as my car was already covered under the reliance policy and hence no inspection would be required.
That is why i got the policy renewed online because i did not want to spend time on the inspection and well within the due date.

Move over the Raj guy who took the details of the credit card tells me in the evening that he was not aware of the process. Please can some one explain that why is an inspection needed when the vehicle was in cover.
I do not want to get in to the inspection mess this is why i acted promptly and got the policy renewed.
Please help in getting my policy document.
