Not replacing damaged parts

Sir recently I have bought a new Pulsar 150 bike in their dealer showroom on 4th june.

I have noticed a damage to the front alloy wheel on 8th june and when I asked them to replace

the damaged wheel they are saying that they are not responsible for that damage and it is not even a

damage done by me..They are asking me to claim insurance after getting C-book
