Myself Ritu Sharma owner of Hundai i20 car Regd. No. PB-08BK-1171 wants to register my complaint about the incomplete repair, misguiding me and not telling the truth about the incomplete repair, they have not included the front both left and right seats for repair in insurance estimate, or not in supplementary cheat even after knowing the truth and admitted that they have done the mistake. The buckle assembly seat belt which was covered in estimate yet not been changed by given a excuse that the assy. was not come from Chennai. On phone they assured me that my car was ready, come and take the car on 25th may. I have given my car for accidental repair on 21st march almost more than 2 months my car was with your service center. They have given bill estimate of one lakh twenty nine thousand on phone for electronic transfer of money, but due to some mistake in spelling, e-transfer fails. My father personally went on 30th may and at that time they given the bill estimate of one lakh twenty two thousand. Father shocked about the difference of seven thousand. Then my father came home with the car after paying the bill. After that I noticed that the both front seats and belts are not repaired or changed. I made phone call to Mr. Surinder Kapoor, who was taking care of my car in repair, he said belt was not came from chenai . about seats he mensioned that I will send one person, he will see the complaint. Nobody will come on that day i.e 3rd june. I have to move delhi on 4th june due to an urgent work in my college because I am a working woman. On phone they assured me that this was their mistake . they will talk with the insurance person and let me know what will done about this. I know they are passing time of 15 days grace period after repair. I talked with the GM of DPG hundai about this but no reply came from that side. Sir, this is a serious matter of negligence of the service center employees and I am a victim. Please help me.

Sir, I am sure that if company will not help me, I will take this matter in the consumer court, because I have full right to do this.
