Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this mail, because i am not satisfied with the service and response what i got from you. I gave my bike for the service on 06/06. Service in charge told me that bike backside lamp is not working and should be replaced, its under warranty so not a problem. Because of no stock he told me to come on to the next week. I confirmed the stock availability before going to the service center and then went for the repairing on 13/06. They started repairing and after two hours service in charge came out and told "sir, we had only one backside lamp and its not working". This was shocking, i spent more than 2 hrs there and no result, no positive response, no correct information on phone calls. If this is the case then better to give the bike for service outside.
