I had given my bike for service and two repairs (jammed gear and loose handle bars) on Thursday 19th May. I had specifically told them that I had to go for a bike trip on Friday, the next day and I need the bike preferably the same day.

These guys open the fairing and then declare that it is broken and that they don't have spare parts and that it has to come from Pune. After 5 days, on Wednesday I call again (after many times) to know that the part has come but the bracket kit has not come yet and it will take another 4-5 days.

I was planning for a bike trip to Ganpatipule and I had already booked an MTDC resort. Following their goofup after much trouble, I got it postponed. Now if they say they need another 4 days, what shall I do. Why do they open the fairing if the spares are not in stock and why dont they order the bracket kit along with the bracket. It is really frustrating when they promise that they will give it in 2 days and still not give it after a week and all bookings made for the weekend.
