After many reminders the vhicle was registered in month of Dec as per dealer, but neither Rc nor Insurance was given to me till today dealer is saying RC is not yet recieved from RTO Lucknow
Due to this every time i was penalised by the traffic police in city for not having the papers of the Bike, i stopped the installment of the finance co as they can help me in this matter, But their reprsetative just gave assurance to me & took the installment from me, but noyhing has been done they only intrested in their overdue installments. So i decided not to pay any installments to BAFL til my grievences are not solved. i had kept my Bike at home & travelling in Auto's to avoide the problems of traffic police & insecurity of theft of bike. It has been the worst experiences i had, i cant use my conveyance after paying the money all is in vein, even Bafl pune is also not updated the RC No of their Customer in Their Records. I Had decided not pay ay installment to BAFL also as, i had suffred mental & financial loss. Is there any authority who looks in such problems where few other agency's SPOIL'Sthe goodwill of Company & their Services.
