Replacement against manufacturing fault

Dear Sir,

I have purchased bajaj discover 135cc on 29-03 having its engine no. 04030 & Reg. No. DL-5S-AE-3036 from Rajiv Raj F-396, Bhajanpura, Wazirabad Road Delhi. I have encountered excess engine heating problem due to Disk Break Jam (manufacturing fault). so i have send the bike for checking & first free routine servicing to the Rajiv Automobiles Service Centre who returned this back after routine service & Rs.400/- oil replacement bill. The moment this bike came back on road, I found my bike has started giving the same problem. I have complaint many times at Bajaj Auto Customer Care through mail & phones but nobody help me.so kindly, fix my problem as soon as possible either by providing me replacement of bike or either by refunding my amount. I would also like to mention that i have proper documents & bills against the repairs carried out in last ten month duration (Warrenty Period). I have visited the service station again on 21-01. they said that they cannot solve the problem under warrenty. SO i’ll be highly obliged if you solve my problem A.S.A.P.
