Hello all,

I am Anand Malli from Vadodara, Gujarat. I am having Discover k70. I am very satisfied with the performance of the bike till date.

Currently I am facing very bad customer service experience from A.S. Motors (Chhani branch, Vadodara, India).

Recently few days before kick shaft of my bike (discover k70) broke. so I inquired about the parts & job required to fix up the problem.

Day-1 (06-02-10)

Parts were not available @ A.S. Motors Chhani branch but was available @ A.S. Motors Salatwada branch (in the same city). but they asked me to contact salatwada branch to get parts from other branch in place of co-ordinate by themselves & .

Day-2 (09-02-10)

@ the end of 2 days after continous phone calls & in person follow up, they received the part from other branch (in the same city). and told me that it will take 2 days to repair this problem, so we can release the bike on (11-02-10) by evening. I request them to call me for exact problem & job required to perform & cost to perform all these.

Day-3 (11-02-10)

In the evening I got call from A.S.Motors Chhani branch that we can't deliver your bike as they have received many bikes for regular service, so they can't deliver my bike in time. they will take the job on Monday (15-02-10) & deliver me the bike on Wednesday (17-02-10). I had to argue them for 30 min how can they just ignore the major job & give priority to regular service, though regular bike service were after me in the queue. Today they asked me to come over there (@ their service station) if I want to complain anything.

So what do they think, we are just free doing nothing whole day except making phone calls & follow up for parts & bike repairing.

every time I need to take leave & go to their service station personally for follow up & inquire about the parts & now they want me to come over there if I want to complain.

Still this is not the end. I need to wait till Wednesday (17-02-10) to get my bike repaired. More than 1 week time to fix a single problem..

now I realize what kind of service Bajaj is providing. This kind of service stations creates very bad impression of entire brand.

I don't know how much effective this complaint is.

FYI: I am also doing complaint to customer service of Bajaj along with this.
