We purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 in September. There were 3 free service and 1 year warranty of spare parts. We have done our 3rd service on 2nd week of May. In the month of June there was complaint of leakage in block piston, probably oil seal was broken
We went to Suryoday Bajaj Mira rd from were we had purchased our Motorcycle. Sales manager of service center informrd us that this will not be covered in warranty.we argued that as the motor cycle is under full warranty till September it must be rectified free of cost, including the labour charges, but the sales manager replied rudely that if you want to do it at our service center you will have to pay for this. When ased about the estimate he replied that no estimate can be given without opening the engine.
This type of behaviour on the part of Suryoday BAJAJ is certainly going to hamper the the sale of bajaj auto in near future. No doubt the product is very good without proper service backup product will lose it acceptablity. It is nt only me but there are many dis satisfied customer due to poor service back up.
