Bad service and faulty product

Hi my name is gagan, i have purchased bajaj pulsar 180cc in 2010 from rajiv bajaj durgapuri shahdra, since than i am facing problem. The headlamp is not powerful enough so i can ride in night time. I went to bajaj people they always say just go to workshop and show them, when i go to bajaj workshop they say nothing can be done about it. Then after that on 1st service they said you have to buy oil supplement which i denied for but they said u have to take it as it is mandatory, now when i went for 3rd free service bajaj people said that it expired in 240 days from the date of purchase, however @ the time of second free service the service manager commited whenever you complete 10, 000 km come for the free service, i asked twice and confirmed @ the time of 2nd free service and he said no worries, whenever you will complete 10, 000 kms come to us for the third free service. This is not the service which we expect from bajaj atleast. Please do the needful so it can be sorted out.
