Worse servicing

Sir,

im bhargav from guntur i own a pulsar 150cc.the servicing center is being run by vijayalakshmi bajaj and the servicing is worse.my bike used to give a very good milage of 56 per liter for the first 6months but after services my bike condition is getting worse now my milage is about 35-40 there is no change in the driving or usage. the customer service desk at the servicing point is worse.while giving the bike to service every part works suddenly in the afternoon they call me and says that the horns are not working the headlight is not working. when i questioned them about that they says we dont know anything regarding that "you might have spoiled that and gave the bike for service".these are the words used by them every one there is useless no one knows even what a bike is im very much dissatisfied by their service can i speak to any official regarding this issue.

the bike is actually very good one but the service spoiled the bike i dont blame the company but i blame the company for choosing the worse service provider. that effects the name of the company
