Whom may i ever cocerned, sir

i have purchased a Hyd registered 2nd hand bajaj-2 wheeler in consultency on last year at rajamundry. But it does not had CC up to now.

Now i had these following documents about this vehicle

1. Registration certificate (duplicate)

2. Bank clearence certificate

3. Sale letter

4. cash reciept of bike where i purchased this bike

But Recently i lossed this original RC in an accident, So i humbly request you to give a suggestion to get CC for this bike.
