Sir, I have purchased a Bajaj XCD-125 motorbyke form Bajaj estimated Showroom at Bhiringi; Durgapur-13, since 2nd Jan. But recently I feel tremendous and continuous negligence on the subject of Product & Service from your end.
From beginning I had servicing my motorbike from the above said service centre, but after 1.5 yrs from purchasing I found the silencer of my motor bike damage, hence the same is changed free of cost from service centre due under warranty. But again after 1.5 yrs the same problems arise.
In this circumstance, I have fallen in great difficulty, when around in 3 yrs 2 times damage the silencer of my motorbike. I have every times service maintained of my bike as per schedule from your service centre also I have maintained bike fuel [extra premium] from authorized fuel station. I think it is very astonishing matter of an Indian reputed company’s product as well as service.
Therefore; I cordially request you kindly look into the matter & give me your valuable suggestions of this regards.
