PURPOSELY DELAY

Myself M. FREDRICK, Consumer No: OI3064 is fed up with the harassement of the agency. Everytime there is a purposely delay in the delivery. Inspite of reminders there is no response. Now for eg. booking date is 14.07.11 and till date cylinder is not delivered.
