Delay in delivary

I am a resident of madipakkam.me and my husband both are employees of a private concern.

keeping this in knowledge the gas agency (Prarthana Gas Agency, Moovarasanpet) is making delay in supply of the cylinder.(maximum 25 days after booking) If we arise any questions about this they are not supplying the cylinder.please help me where to complain to solve this problem.
