Wrong Promise made/incorrect information given

Sir/Ma'am,

This is to bring in your notice that Bhadwar Auto (Rohtak) who is the authorized dealer for Cheverlot (General Motors) promised me that for first 3 years all the services of my car will be free this is inclusive of Oil, labour etc.

Because of this, I bought the car on Dec 18, 09 though I was aware that there are so many new cars will be coming. However, against the promise the made (infact there CEO India, was also promising the same on television in Dec 09) they charged me Rs. 1321/- for 2nd service which was done by Auto Vikas Dwarka.

As per them though my card falls under the free service promise but I have not received additional coupons which should have been provided to me when I purchased the car. Infact the 1st service was done by Bhadwar Auto so they should have told me about this booklet.

When I spoke to Bhadwar Auto Today, April 22, 10 they gave me this booklet but refused to refund the money stating that I should have spoken to them before making the payment. I guess any one who would have been at my place would have made the payment to avoid the embarrassment.

I would request you to please take it forward with concerned authorities to avoid the fraud which has happened with me.
