Reporting misbehaviour of driver of Vikram no. UA079035, Route no. 5, resident of Bharuwalla.
I would like to bring the following facts to your kind notice,
1. I boarded the above vikram on 27th Nov at 7:35 pm from Turner Road Mod. Inspite of having 8 passengers he insisted on adding two more, saying that four passengers would sit in one row. He kept us waiting for 10-15 mins and even after protests by the passengers he moved on unwillingly.
2. After about 300 metres he stopped at Praveen Dairy and ordered for milk. When the passengers protested on getting late, he misbehaved, purposely waited for another 10 mins and thereafter went to buy peanuts.
3. From his abusive language it was quite evidnent he was drunk. He was smelling of alcohol.
4. He also used unparliamentary language for three ladies sitting in the vikram. When I protested the delay his dirty language and unprofessional behaviour, he stopped the vehicle abruptly and asked me to get off the vikram. His words “Bakwaas Band karo, aur Gaadi se utar jao! ” were humiliating and intimidating.
5. On my refusing to get down and suggesting that I would make a complaint he scorned and gave me the vehicle no. and said ‘do what ever you feel like we dont care’.
6. I am from a defence family in the poshed area of turner road. Such behaviour, especially with ladies and educated intellectual people is totally uncalled for.
Kindly take very strict action against such gunda elements so that no one undergoes this kind of humiliation.
Please note that if I do not get justice as a consumer I shall be forced to complaint elsewhere.
