Dear Sir/Madam,
The bharat gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking.
here, we had booked our cylinder on 29/09 at 10.30 a.m. for delivery but we have advised to make the phone call on 07/10 and thereafter we will be confirmed whether we will get the delivery or not on the day concerned. we have only one cylinder and yeasterday day morning our cylinder have been empty . we have no another fill cylinder.
Second thing the agency telephone no. generally not responding properly and sometome does not listen the consumer dificulties and put off the phonbe.
My first request is kindly call the ageny and why they make so 09 days delay for delivering the gas.
