Cylender never gives on time and argues with female custome

Sir,

We are living at A/9 Gulmohar Res, Nr. Navshya Maruti, Sinhgad Rd, Nr Navshya Maruti, Pune 411030.

having our gas agent delear Tejaswini Gas Services and our A/c Code is 24237.

The employee of this gas are selling the Gas in Black market and never provide us Gas within tome.

Every time when my wife goes to ask after 15 days then they give the recipt and after that also the employee of agency argues with my wife. I found it is very cheap to argue with female and more on that nobody to hear our voice. Plz take necessary action on urgent basis.
