Not Attending calls/ OUT of reach always

Hi,

I am always facing trouble dialing a Bharat Gas Baner-Pashan Link road's Office's Landline Number... Either it is kept in Non reachable Area or the person who is picking up the phone is not answering the call... Even the Home delivery boys of the Gas cylinders usually asks for extra money they are taking 350/- but actual price is 342/-.

Please look into this
