COMPLAINT AGAINST BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTER :

RECENTLY OUR BOOKING WAS ON 06/09 AND WAITING NO.181.

TODAY IS 29/09.i.e EVEN AFTER 23 DAYS WE HAVE NOT GOT OUR REFILL CYLINDER.

OUR GAS WAS TRANSFERRRED FROM MUMBAI TO PRAGATI ENTERPRISES PUNE ON 22/01.SINCE THEN EVERYTIME IT HAS BEEN A HEADACHE TO BOOK AND GET GAS CYLINDER IN TIME.

WHILE BOOKING TIME ITSELF THEY RUDELY TELL THAT IT WILL TAKE 15-16 DAYS TO GET THE CYLINDER.

WITHIN 23 DAYS 181 CYLINDERS COULDNOT BE DELIVERED IS A VERY FUNNY STATISTICS.

FURTHER THE TIMINGS OF THIS DISTRIBUTER IS 8.30 AM.TILL 11.00 AM, THE PHONES ARE SWICTHED OFF.AND AT THE END OF THE DAY NOBODY BOTHERS TO PICK UP THE PHONE.

ALTERNATIVELY THE DELIVERY MAN OFFERS TO DELIVER THE CYLINDER WITHIN 1 DAY AT HIGHER RATE WITHOUT RECEIPT.FROM WHERE DOSE THE STOCK COMES FOR THIS ILLEGAL DELIVERY?

WILL ANY HIGHER AUTHORITY FROM BHARAT GAS WILL LOOK IN THE MATTER?
