Gas supplying delay

Dear Sir,

I am Aravind I am a consumer of Bharat Gas. Your agency M/s. Rakki.is our supplier My consumer no is 30236. I booked gas for home delivery on 17.03.81 booking no:2980 but till today 08.04.11 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, she says tomorrow must be delivered. But they didn’t supply the gas till date.
