Regarding office timing

I am a regular customer of M/s. Suryaprakash Bharat Gas Agency situated at Devkar Panand Kolhapur. I want to know that what is the timimg of office to open & close. On the Gas Card of the Gas connection office timing is shown as 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. But M/s. Suryaprakash Bharat Gas Agency open his office 9.30 am onwards. And they also not attended the telephone of office. (0231-2321087)
